Yshall Davis
Meet Our Founder & Resident Services Manager
Yshall Davis has always believed that some of the most meaningful work we can do in life is helping people find their way forward. Her commitment to serving others has been built over years of education, professional experience, advocacy, and genuine compassion for individuals and families navigating difficult seasons of life.
With a degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling, Yshall brings specialized education and knowledge in addiction, recovery, and the complex challenges that can accompany substance use. She also spent five years working in an inpatient substance use treatment center, giving her invaluable experience alongside individuals during some of the most vulnerable moments of their recovery journeys. Through that work, she learned that treatment can be the beginning of change, but what happens afterward the environment a person returns to, the resources available to them, and the support surrounding them can be just as important.
Her heart for service eventually expanded beyond treatment and into civic engagement and advocacy, where Yshall worked to strengthen communities, connect individuals with resources, and advocate for people whose needs and voices can too easily go unheard. Throughout every chapter of her career, one thing has remained consistent: people have always been at the center of her work.
Yshall brings a special combination of warmth and leadership to our organization. She is knowledgeable and experienced, but she is also approachable the kind of person who will listen, help you understand your options, connect you with the right resources, and make sure you know that you are not navigating the next chapter of your life alone.
As a Founder and Resident Services Manager, Yshall is able to bring everything she has learned throughout her career into one purpose: helping create a safe, supportive, and resource filled environment where residents can begin building what comes next. Her knowledge of chemical dependency, years inside treatment settings, and background in community advocacy allow her to understand residents not simply by where they are today, but by the many pieces that may be necessary to help them move forward.
For Yshall, this organization is more than another position in a long career of service. It is an opportunity to pour years of knowledge, experience, and compassion into a place where people can feel welcomed, supported, and hopeful about what is still possible for their lives.
